Synergy Kiosk App
UX and UI Improvement
Synergy Kiosk App is a self-service application designed for in-store customers, with a primary user base aged between 40 and 50. I was responsible for leading the UX and UI design, with a strong emphasis on clarity, usability, and functionality tailored to this demographic. By implementing user-friendly layouts, intuitive navigation, and a clear visual hierarchy, I ensured customers could easily and confidently navigate the app, creating a smooth and accessible self-service experience.

Synergy Worldwide operates a network of retail stores across multiple countries, with several locations requiring in-store self-service capabilities. Each country presented its own unique set of features, customer behaviors, and regulatory requirements, making this a complex, multi-regional project.
My responsibility was to design a tablet-based kiosk app that balanced high visibility with seamless functionality, while also adapting to localized needs. This involved creating a flexible and scalable design system that could accommodate varying feature sets and compliance standards without compromising user experience.
To achieve this, I focused on clear layout structures, accessible typography, and intuitive navigation patterns that ensured customers could easily interact with the app regardless of their location or tech familiarity. The result was a user-friendly, visually consistent, and adaptable self-service solution that streamlined operations and enhanced customer satisfaction across different markets.
